Customer's business is to provide Air Care products and services. They wanted to automate installation and refill management of dispensers on field.

We provided them a solution by developing an Android Application and a Web Service. Service Engineers will scan the QR Code on dispenser, whose details will be fetched from client's server. Upon receiving the details, engineer can input appropriate information of installation/refill and send the data back to server. Even if internet is not available, the process can be carried out in offline mode. Offline data will automatically get synced to server as soon as internet is available. Data inputted by service engineer is sent to client's ERP in realtime.
